Although it says on the bottom "purchase at Walmart" I do not see on the coupon that it is Walmart only (some of the other All you coupons are).
I think the magazine is $2 on the stand (and I think available only at Walmart) if you do not have a subscription??? It is the April 23, 2010 edition and has a purple cover with "25 things you can get free today" on the front.
